PERFORMANCE PROJECTS

What is a performance project and how does it work?

It is a unique experience and process when you not just attend a dance workshop but also create a special performance with a group for the Show guided by a teacher of the Festival. This is an outstanding possibility not just to study but also to bring your art to the audience while making new dance friends from different dance companies, cities and countries.

Every performance project is unique and different teachers have different visions for them so before applying please read all the information provided in the application form.

Please note that payment for a performance project is non-refundable. You can donate or sell your place (for the same or lower price) to other people with a notice to the organizer no later than 1 month before the Festival. The organizer is not responsible for finding replacement participants.

How can I perform at the Show?

Any Festival participant that has purchased at least 1 workshop or performance project can apply to perform at the Show, but the number of performances is limited due to the time limits of the event. Our goal is to create a spectacular and unique international event so in selecting the performances we give priority to:

1. group performances and collaborations;

2. performers who implement the theme of the Show in a creative and unique way – by using unusual and visually striking props / costumes and accessories / choreographic choices, etc.;
3. professional and advanced soloists and duets.

How can I perform at the Open Stage party?
